After booking through our website, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email. This contains all important information about your reservation. If you do not receive confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service. Please use the contact form on our website.

Our regular check-in times are from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Earlier arrival is possible after prior arrangement and availability, but cannot be guaranteed. If you would like to arrive later, please inform us in advance. In this case, we will deposit your key card in a night safe.

Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. If you wish a later departure, please contact us. We will do our best to fulfill your request.

Our holiday homes have a total area of approximately 33m².

Our holiday homes are fully equipped to offer you a comfortable stay. Each house has:

• A kitchenette with a kettle, a French press (coffee plunger), a toaster, as well as dishes and cutlery.
• A bathroom.
• Sleeping facilities for up to four people, either in the form of four single beds or two single beds and a double bed.

We also provide you with the following amenities:

• Bed linen
• Toilet paper
• Towels
• Dish towels
• Detergent
• Salt and pepper

So you can feel just like at home and enjoy your stay.

Yes, barbecuing with electric or gas grills is allowed at our campsite. However, barbecuing with open fire / charcoal is prohibited. You are welcome to bring your own electric or gas grill or rent a gas grill from us.

Parking on the pitches is generally not allowed, unless you are staying overnight in your vehicle such as in motorhomes, campers or cars with roof tents. Please use the designated free parking areas for other vehicles.
