• What are the reception opening hours?

  • - High season 8 AM - 6 PM
  • - Low season 8 AM - 4 PM

• From when can I arrive?

  Our regular check-in times are from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM

• I would like to arrive outside these times. Is that possible?

  Arrival outside the regular check-in times – whether earlier or later (until 10 p.m.) – is possible by arrangement and incurs a fee: €20 for pitch, tent site and lodge, or €50 for holiday homes, bungalow and glamping tent. Please let us know in advance by email – if you arrive later, your documents will be ready for you in the safe.

• By when must check-out be completed on the departure day?

  Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. A later departure is only possible on request and for a fee (€20 for pitch, tent site and lodge, or €50 for holiday homes, bungalow and glamping tent). Please contact us in advance – we will do our best to fulfill your request.

• I have booked a pitch. Am I allowed to park on the pitch?

  Parking on the pitches is generally not allowed, unless you are staying overnight in your vehicle such as in motorhomes, campers or cars with roof tents. Please use the designated free parking areas for other vehicles.

• How do I know that my booking has been received?

  After booking through our website, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email. This contains all important information about your reservation. If you do not receive confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service. Please use the contact form on our website.

• How big are the houses?

  Our holiday homes have a total area of approximately 33m².

• What equipment do the houses have?

  Our holiday homes are fully equipped to offer you a comfortable stay. Each house has:

  • A kitchenette with a kettle, a French press (coffee plunger), a toaster, as well as dishes and cutlery.
  • A bathroom.
  • Sleeping facilities for up to four people, either in the form of four single beds or two single beds and a double bed.

  We also provide you with the following amenities:

  • Bed linen
  • Toilet paper
  • Towels
  • Dish towels
  • Detergent
  • Salt and pepper

• Am I allowed to barbecue at the campsite?

  Yes, barbecuing with electric or gas grills is allowed at our campsite. However, barbecuing with open fire / charcoal is prohibited. You are welcome to bring your own electric or gas grill or rent a gas grill from us.
