1. Scope of Application Rights and obligations between Nature Camping Brettmühlenteich eG as operator and guests are regulated and recognized by the following contract conditions. These regulations apply equally to all guests, pitches and holiday accommodations, even if this is not explicitly stated in the respective wording.
2. Confidentiality / Data Protection The information and personal data that you pass on to naturcamping-dresden.de (name, address, telephone number, email) are used exclusively for service optimization and internally and are not passed on to third parties. 3. Reservations Reservations can be made for one or more nights (depending on availability). Telephone agreements, side agreements and other agreements of any kind require written form and confirmation by the operator or one of their employees to be effective. The reservation of specific pitches is only effective if this is expressly confirmed in writing by the operator. If operational requirements make it necessary, the operator can change pitches at any time before arrival. They must inform the guest about this.
4. Prices The current price list of the campsite operator applies.
5. Minor Guests Stays by young people under 18 years of age are only possible when accompanied by a legal guardian or after prior consultation and approval by the campsite operator.
6. Registration Registration takes place at reception during opening hours, which may vary seasonally. Otherwise, the guest receives all necessary information via the communication channel they chose when making contact. Alternatively, all other contact methods provided.
7. Driving on the Site To ensure maximum relaxation and safety for even the smallest guests, the pitch area is car-free. Driving on the site at walking speed is only permitted for setting up and picking up at the appropriate times. The time the vehicle stays should be kept as short as possible. Access and parking of caravans and motorhomes is only possible with a valid gas inspection.
8. Arrival and Departure Unless otherwise agreed, arrival can take place from 3:00 PM. Departure must be by 11:00 AM. Individually arranged early and late departures will be charged an extra fee. Arrival at pitches must be by 8:00 PM. After that, access cannot be guaranteed and guests may have to wait in front of the barrier until the next morning. Upon arrival, guests must register at reception before entering the site. If reception is not staffed, the transmitted instructions must be followed. The instructions of the staff during briefing must be followed.
9. Late Arrival, Non-arrival or Early Departure In case of late arrival, non-arrival or early departure, the operator must be informed in good time. If a pitch is not occupied by the tenant by 12:00 noon on the day following the agreed start of rental, the operator reserves the right to rent the pitch to someone else. There is no obligation to rent to someone else. In all cases, the operator is entitled to the rent in the agreed amount. The value of saved expenses is to be credited.
10. Return / Access Cards Pitches and rental objects must be handed over swept clean upon departure. Garbage must be properly disposed of in the appropriate collection containers. Attention must be paid to waste separation. Any damage that has occurred must be reported to Nature Camping Brettmühlenteich staff upon departure without being asked. Non-compliance leads to additional charges of €25 plus the damage incurred. Issued access cards must be returned without exception. €10 will be charged for each lost/unreturned card.
11. Cancellation:
Binding bookings cannot be cancelled free of charge. A booking is considered binding as soon as it has been confirmed by the operator and the payment due at the time has been received in the operator's account. For online bookings, confirmation occurs automatically after completion of full payment and receipt of the booking confirmation by email. Every cancellation must be made in text form (e.g. by email) stating the booking number and booking date.
Up to 7 days before arrival at the latest, the operator may agree to free cancellation in justified cases (e.g. proven emergency or unforeseen special circumstances) as a gesture of goodwill. However, there is no legal entitlement to this.
A rebooking (e.g. to another date or an equivalent object) is possible free of charge up to 7 days before arrival, depending on availability. If the rebooking takes place less than 7 days before arrival, the operator will charge any resulting loss of revenue if the originally booked object cannot be re-rented under the same conditions.
If the operator succeeds in re-renting the cancelled object (e.g. pitch or rental object) in whole or in part, the income generated will be credited against the cancellation costs and credited to the customer minus a processing fee of €15.
12. Payment:
For bookings via our online platform, the entire travel price is due immediately after completing the booking.
- For offline bookings, a deposit of 20% of the total price must be paid within 3 days of receipt of the booking confirmation.
- The booking is only considered binding once the deposit has been received on time. If payment is not received on time, the booking can be cancelled by the operator.
- The remaining amount must be transferred at the latest 14 days before arrival without further request, unless otherwise agreed.
- If the remaining amount is not received on time, the booking is considered cancelled by the guest. The provisions under 11.3 apply.
13. Quiet Times (Entry and Exit) Between 8:00 PM and 7:00 AM, arrival and departure from the site is generally not possible. During the midday rest from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM, arrivals and departures should be avoided.
14. The operator and their employees exercise the right of domicile. Even without giving reasons, rental agreements can be terminated or guests can be expelled from the site. The operator reserves the right not to register and accommodate guests, even if a reservation has been made previously.
15. Use of the Booked Pitch/Object and Resulting Obligations Use of the pitch or object may only take place within the scope of the registered number of persons. Visitors of the users of the pitch/rental object must register at reception before entering the facility. The users of the pitch and their guests are personally liable for all obligations arising from the booking or stay on the site. The guest is fully liable for willful destruction. The guest undertakes to treat the entire site and all facilities with the necessary care. The guest is obliged to maintain the cleanliness of the site, follow the terms and conditions, observe quiet times, avoid noise, protect nature and be considerate of other guests. In case of detected defects, damage or defects in the inventory or facilities, the guest must notify the operator or one of their employees before using the rental object/pitch.
16. Cleanliness The sanitary facilities and all other facilities are to be left as you found them. Small children may only enter the sanitary and toilet rooms when accompanied by adults. In the interest of environmental protection, please observe the applicable waste regulations, especially waste separation. Waste belongs exclusively in the designated containers. Contamination by animals must be removed immediately by the owner. Taking animals into the sanitary facilities or wellness area is not permitted. Washing cars, caravans or motorhomes on the campsite or the associated parking lot is strictly prohibited.
17. Pets All animals must be kept in appropriate cages/enclosures. Free-roaming pets are not allowed out of respect for other guests and other pet owners. Dogs must be kept on a short leash on the campsite. Leash requirement also applies on the pitch. Please do not leave your animals alone in your house/caravan/motorhome or tent for long periods if they are not used to it. Droppings must be properly disposed of at all times. In rental objects, dogs may under no circumstances be on furniture or in beds – additional cleaning costs incurred will be charged at €50. Playgrounds: Family dogs may only be tied up on a leash and securely fastened at the edge of the playground. Dogs are not permitted on the bathing beach. The owner may designate special beach areas for dogs, which must then be used.
18. Smoking Ban There is an absolute smoking ban in the sanitary facilities, wellness area and all public facilities.
19. Withdrawal by the Site Owner Before the start of the contract, the operator has the option to withdraw from the contract if the rental object or pitch cannot be made available due to force majeure. In this case, the guest is entitled to a refund of money already paid. Further claims are excluded. The operator undertakes to inform the guest about the unavailability. The operator may also terminate the contract without notice if the guest endangers others through their behavior, disturbs them to a considerable extent, or behaves in breach of contract. In the event of termination for the above reason, the guest is obliged to pay the entire agreed rental price.
20. Complaints Any complaints on the part of the guest must be reported immediately to the campsite operator or one of their employees. The assertion of defects is excluded if they have not been reported to the operator or one of their employees at least during the guest's stay. They must be given a reasonable period to remedy the defect.
